Tobin is trying his best to adjust to this new, little man. He has some good days and some not so good days. Tobin still pretty much ignores Corwin. However he doesn't ignore the fact that our time with Corwin is taking away from our time with him. He's no dumby.
This is a picture of Tobin watching "Shaun the Sheep". Unfortunately, TV has become one of our best friends. Yes, I hate it but it's kind of been a survival tool for mommy. You see when I'm nursing Tobin feels like it's his opportune time to do whatever he can while mommy's hands are tied. So, we have made it a routine that when I'm nursing Corwin,Tobin either sits next to me in the chair or he sits in his own little chair and watches TV. I keep telling myself, this is just for a season. So, for right now, thank you PBS and Gram and Poppy for providing "Shaun the Sheep".
We have gotten all of the "baby" items back out of the closet for Corwin but Tobin thinks they are still his. Poor Corwin can't get alone time with any of the toys. Any time I lay Corwin down on the baby mat Tobin feels like he's supposed to be right next to him. Tobin thinks it's his bouncy seat and his swing. The other day Tobin was taking a nap and I put Corwin on his tummy. As soon as I put Corwin on his tummy he rolled over. WOAH!!!!! Poor thing hadn't had much tummy time because his brother won't allow him to have any alone time. I wonder what else Corwin is capable of???
